One of our core values is building real, lasting relationships with our patients. We have the priviledge of helping patients all over Arkansas with their hearing needs, but we equally feel that we get so much back from the people that come through our doors.
Several years ago a conversation began to circle internally about how we could do something a little extra special to remind our patients just how special they are to us. Thus, Patient Appreciation Week was born!
This is a dedicated time intended to honor and celebrate everyone that has come to see us throughout the years. We clean and check our patients' hearing aids to make sure they are working well for the holidays while catching up over hot cocoa and cookies!
P.S. As a local and family-owned business ourselves, we know the importance of shopping local. We'll be serving cookies/ baked goods from local bakeries and family owned businesses. You don't want to miss these delicious treats!
