Hot Springs Mobile Clinics

Mobile clinics are fully-equipped “clinics on wheels” (think of a Blood Drive trailer) that we travel the state with.
These mobile clinics are run by our Hot Springs staff and we typically visit each location 2-3 times per year:

If you’d like to be seen in one of these locations, please call or text 501-525-4688 or use the form.

Meet Kerry Shuffield

Your provider in Hot Springs
What is your job title and how long have you been working in hearing healthcare?
I’m a National Board Certified, state-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and I’ve been working in the industry for 14 years.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to meet the physical needs of my patients which has an immediate and direct impact on their lives. I serve Hot Springs, my hometown, and the surrounding areas. I love being able to help people that I have known all my life – people that know my family or my husband’s family. I also enjoy getting to meet new people everyday.
What is your approach to providing great hearing healthcare?
First and foremost, I listen to my patients’ concerns. Once I understand their hearing loss, lifestyle and how physically and socially active they are, I’m able to pair them with the products that will best work for them. Another aspect is making sure to check for any insurance benefits or discounts that may be available to each patient so that I can ensure they are not only getting the best product, but also getting it at the best price.
Tell us about your family.
My husband Mark and I recently celebrated our 30th anniversary! We have 2 sons we are very proud of and our dog, Lulu.
