How Our Organized Hearing Events Work
Our team works with your organization to plan the event based on your location, group, schedule, and goals. During the event, participants receive a professional hearing evaluation, and their results are reviewed with a licensed professional who can help them determine if they need follow-up care.
Our screening takes about 30 minutes per participant. There are no appointments during the event, so walk-ins are welcome to participate during the event window.
The process is simple:
- Plan the event with our community outreach team.
- Set up on-site at your organization.
- Provide hearing screenings for participants.
- Review screening results with each participant.
- Discuss next steps when additional hearing care may be appropriate.
- Schedule follow-up care when needed.

How Is a Partner Event Different From a Mobile Hearing Clinic?
Natural Hearing Centers offers both mobile clinics and partner events, but they serve different purposes.
While we use our mobile units for these partner events, they are not open to the public. These events take place at a specific workplace, school, church, government office, healthcare facility, or other location, organized around the people at that site.
Why Host a Hearing Screening Event?
Everyone deserves access to hearing care. Hosting a partner event and offering on-site hearing tests gives the people you serve a chance to have their hearing checked without traveling or making a separate appointment.
Make Hearing Care More Convenient
Finding time for a hearing appointment isn’t always easy. An on-site hearing test brings the screening directly to your organization, reducing the need for participants to travel or arrange a separate appointment. By bringing hearing care to where people already work, learn, or gather, our organized hearing screenings make it easier for them to get hearing checks without significantly disrupting the day.
Increase Awareness of Hearing Health
Hearing changes can be easy to overlook, especially since the symptoms often develop gradually. Scheduling a partner event gives your organization a way to encourage people to pay attention to their hearing and learn whether they may need additional hearing care services. Offering a hearing screening can bring hearing health to the forefront and motivate people to care for not just their hearing, but their overall health.
Reach People Who May Have Put Off a Hearing Screening
Some people notice changes in their hearing but put off getting it checked. An organized hearing screening at their job, school, church, or other trusted location can help them take that first step. They may have noticed the signs and are avoiding it, or they might not realize the symptoms they’re experiencing are related to hearing loss. Our corporate hearing screenings offer them a chance to address their hearing issues by bringing the support they need directly to them.
Planning Your Partner Event
Planning a partner event starts with a conversation about your organization, who you would like to serve, and what you have in mind for the event. Our Community Outreach team will work with you to determine an appropriate setup and coordinate the details based on your location, schedule, anticipated participation, and available space.
The planning process includes:
- Sharing your organization’s details and what you would like the event to provide.
- Choosing a date and event window based on your schedule and team availability.
- Coordinating details like the schedule, expected participation, space, and site access.
- Letting participants know the details, time, and specific location in the building or grounds.

If your organization would like to offer regular hearing screenings, we can discuss setting up recurring events.
What Happens After the Event?
Connecting participants with ongoing care makes the partner event more impactful than just a one-time screening. It gives people clear direction if they have questions or need additional hearing services.
If your evaluation results in the need for additional hearing care services, the participant can discuss their next steps with a licensed professional. Follow-up care may include another hearing evaluation, or if the results warrant it, a hearing aid consultation at any of our Arkansas locations.
Many of our partner organizations offer hearing aid benefits to employees, although coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by benefit plan and individual eligibility. Natural Hearing Centers can help our partners check for available benefits.
