Our story
After nearly a decade of traveling around the nation helping other hearing aid dealers, Dan DeLong (our Founder) and his growing family were relocated to Arkansas.
As Dan puts it, “It didn’t take long for us to decide that Arkansas is where we wanted to call home.” So, in 2010 Dan purchased a hearing center in Hot Springs that would become the first Natural Hearing Center.
Since then, Natural has grown from a single-location business into the largest hearing aid dispenser in the state of Arkansas. Dan attributes our tremendous growth to our focus on company culture – specifically, treating staff and patients like family and always doing what is best for them.

So the world may hear
While the vast majority of our impact and outreach takes place within Arkansas, we are incredibly proud to support the Starkey Hearing Foundation in sharing the gift of better hearing far beyond our clinic walls and state lines.
Our community efforts and on-going participation with the Foundation ensure that thousands of less fortunate individuals get the hearing care they need. We believe hearing is an important gift which allows us to connect not just with the sounds we cherish, but also to each other.
About the foundation
